Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Sheriff Principal of Grampian, Highland and Islands at Inverness by Mr. David Thomas c/o Scott & Co, 279 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4JL for a commission as a Sheriff Officer in the Sheriffdom of Grampian, Highland and Islands.  The Sheriff Principal, by interlocutor dated at Inverness on Eighth December 2025, ordered any person who wishes to object to the application of Mr. David Thomas to lodge answers to the application with the sheriff clerk at Inverness within thirty days from the date of this advertisement.
