NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made to the Sheriff Principal of North Strathclyde at Paisley by Roderick Alexander Macpherson, c/o Rutherford & Macpherson, 102 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 2EP, for admission as a sheriff officer for the sheriff court district of Dumbarton. The Sheriff Principal, by interlocutor dated 8th October 2025, appoints any person who intends to object to the application being granted to lodge Answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk, Sheriff Court House, St James Street, Paisley, PA3 2HW within thirty days from the date of this advertisement of notice.
